What is your return / exchange policy?

NovaVogue is an online-only store. All return or exchange requests must be submitted by email to info@novavogue.store within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval before any item is returned.

Approval of a return or exchange is granted at our sole discretion. Any approved exception does not establish a precedent, nor does it create any ongoing obligation or responsibility on our part. All approved returns are issued as store credit onlyNo refunds are provided. Exchanges are subject to availability and return eligibility.

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Sale or discounted items

Return requirements

To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items must be returned in their original conditionunusedunwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-eligible return conditions

Returns may be denied if any of the following apply:

The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

The item shows obvious signs of wear or use.

The item is opened, altered, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

The item is not in its original condition.

Store credit processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, store credit will be issued to your NovaVogue account within a reasonable processing period.

No cash refunds, bank refunds, or card refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange for the same item, you must contact us at info@novavogue.store with clear photos and order details.

All exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as NovaVogue is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
